The Certificates report allows training managers to monitor learners' progress on the content item
assigned to the certificate.
Click on Certificates Management.
Hover over the certificate and click on the 
and select Show reports.
Download a report
When you open the Certificates Report, the Download option appears. Click on Export a CSV file.
