Export users and organizational groups

1. Log into your platform as the admin.
2. Access the Admin panel.
3. On the Organization tab, click on  .
4. On the screen that opens, you can select the export method and which data will be exported:

NOTE:

In accounts with a number greater than 5000 (five thousand) users, it will not be possible to select the "Download the file now" export method, only the "Get the file by email" method will be available.
