Duplicating courses and certificates within sub-accounts

Experience effortless customization and empower local instructors to have complete control over their learning resources. Training managers can effortlessly duplicate courses and their attached certificates and publish them in the catalog. By decoupling them from the original, instructors can seamlessly modify and adapt content, structure, and branding to align perfectly with their target audience and learning objectives.

Training Manager as a Course Instructor

It's important to note that the training manager needs to be a course instructor to perform this action. This ensures that the person overseeing the training program has the necessary expertise to manage and make informed customizations. However, we understand that this requirement may pose certain limitations. That's why we're actively working on a future development that will remove this restriction, making it even easier for our users to manage their training programs.

To duplicate courses within sub-accounts, follow these steps:

1. Access the desired course.
2. Click on .
3. Select  from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on button 
5. Choose the sub-accounts where you want to create a localized version of the course and indicate whether you want to publish it in the catalog.
6. Click .
7. Following the duplication action, the platform will generate a CSV file with the result of the duplication action of each of the courses, certificates, and publish.
