Resetting a content item for a learner can be helpful, especially when the learner did not reach the minimum requirements of a learning path for proceeding to the next item in the course structure, and you want to give them a chance to have another go at that content item and proceed with the course.
- Go to Reports.
- Select the specific content item under Content Name.
- Select Multiple Learner Report under Report Type.
- Locate the learner to be reset for that specific content item. When hovering over the learner's line, you will see a reset icon - clicking on it will reset the learner's progress and score of that specific content item, letting them redo it from scratch.
