An e-Signature question is a way for users to indicate consent or approval on a digital document or form.
The electronic signature is obtained by prompting the learner to re-enter their password, thus authenticating their identity and making sure that they are aware that their signature serves as official approval of the statement in the E-Signature question.
How to create an E-Signature Question?
- Click
add question and select the E-Signature question from the left-hand panel.
- Select the question appearance.
- Type in the question and or statement.
- Click on
button to add content tags (Optional).
