You can send an email invitation to users. The email invitation will direct them to a self-registration page and will enroll them in the course.
In the course that you created:
- Click on Manage Learners
- Go to the invite learners tab.
- Input the emails of the users you wish to invite, and click Send.
Click on the video to maximise.
After the email is sent, the learner's name will be displayed in the Manage Learners tab with the Invited Status. Once the learner joins the course, their status will change to Joined.
Adding External users without setting the course to be public
You can invite non-registered learners by email to allow users to self-register and enroll in a restricted course.
