1. Open the course and click on the 
icon.
2. Click on 
tab and type the co-instructor username/email address into the box and click send.
3. Click on the manage learners to see the updated co-insturtor 
status.
The co-instructor status is 'invited'.
The username used is not an active user. Get in touch with your co-instructor and recheck the username's email address.
4. Click on the cog wheel 
and 'Set as an instructor'.
5. A new icon 
will appear next to the instructor's username indicating his new role.
