Collections provide a streamlined way to organize and group related categories, courses, and streams into a unified space. This feature enables Training Managers and Admins to create custom spaces tailored to specific learning needs or objectives.
What is a Collection?
A Collection is a grouping mechanism that allows you to:
- Add entire categories or individual courses/streams.
- Assign a custom name for easy identification.
- Create a Custom Space to provide focused learning for users.
How to Create a Collection

Access the Collections Page:
- Click on Account Managementa and Content Management on the main side bar menu
- Select the Collections tab to display the feature.

Initiate Creation:
- Click the Create button to open the Collection setup window.

Define the Collection Name:
- Enter a descriptive name for the collection in the Collection Name field.
- Example: "Finance" for a collection that includes financial learning materials.

Add Categories and Courses/Streams:
- Categories: Select one or more categories to include in the collection. These will group all associated courses and streams under those categories.
- Courses/Streams: Add individual courses or streams to the collection as needed.

Enable as a Custom Space (Optional):
- Check the Custom Space box to provide a name for the Custom Space in the Custom Space Name field (e.g., "New employee onboarding") and manage the order of the collection appearance.

Save the Collection:
- Once all fields are filled, click Save to finalize and activate the collection.

Editing or Managing Existing Collections
To edit an existing collection:
- Click the Edit icon next to the desired collection.
- Make changes to the name, categories, courses/streams, or custom space settings.
- Save the changes.
Best Practices
- Use clear and descriptive names for Collections and Custom Spaces.
- Group content logically to make it easier for learners to navigate and access relevant materials.
- Regularly review and update Collections to ensure content remains relevant.
