How to Use the Feature
Users can generate and share links from the following areas:
- Browse Catalog: Accessible to all users.
- Manage Catalog: Accessible to Training Managers for broader organizational sharing.
Steps to share a course/stream:
- Browse through the catalog or manage the catalog if you're a Training Manager.
- Select the desired course or stream.
- Generate the link using the provided sharing options.
- Share the link with your intended audience (colleagues, team members, etc.)
Link Behavior with SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Logged-in Users: The link will direct them straight to the specified course or stream.
- Not Logged-in Users: They will first be directed to the login page. After logging in, the link will lead them to the homepage, requiring them to click the shared link again to be taken to the specific content.
