In-platform Notifications help you stay updated about changes to your courses. These messages inform you about events such as a new course starting, content added to a course, overview assignments, etc.

Certifications
- Expired certifications – Sent when at least one learner’s certification expires.
- Certificate Expires Soon – Sent when a certificate is about to expire (configurable, default = 21 days).
- Certificate Expired – Sent when a certificate has expired.
- Certificate awarded – Sent when a certificate is awarded.
Enrollment Approval
- Approval Request – Sent when a learner submits a self-enrollment request for a course.
- Enrollment Request Updated [approved] – Sent when a learner’s enrollment request is approved.
- Enrollment Request Updated [declined] – Sent when a learner’s enrollment request is declined.
Evaluation
- New learners joined the course/stream – Sent when learners are added to a course.
- New Evaluation Item – Sent when a new evaluation item is available.
- Evaluation Submitted – Sent when a learner submits an evaluation.
Instructing
- Course Started – Sent when a course begins.
- Course Reminder (starting soon) – Sent before a course starts (customizable).
- Course Reminder (ending soon) – Sent before a course ends (customizable).
- Instructor Notification – Sent when learners interact with the course (e.g., submissions).
- Content with due date [Instructor] – Sent to instructors when content with a due date is approaching.
- Difficult Content – Sent when a significant number of learners have difficulty with a content item.
- Low Success Rate [Instructor] – Sent when learners show a low success rate on specific content.
Learning
- Content with due date [learner] – Sent when content with a due date is assigned to learners.
- Past Due Content – Sent when learners are overdue in completing the content.
- New Content Item – Sent when a new content item is added to the course.
- Content Item Updated – Sent when a content item is updated.
- Scheduled Content Item – Sent when content is scheduled for release at a specific time.
- New Scheduled Event – Sent when a new event is scheduled in the course.
- Scheduled Event Updated – Sent when a scheduled event is updated.
- Low Success Rate [Learner] – Sent when a learner’s performance is below expectations.
- Notification - Content item is available (delay CI) – Sent when a delayed content item becomes available.
Report Ready for Download – Sent when a report is generated and ready for download.
