Motivate your learners by awarding level badges for their activities and achievements. Enable a leaderboard to compare learners' activities in the portal. Make learning an adventure, more fun, and interactive, leveraging people's innate passion for competition and accomplishments.
Leaderboards show the top performers in your portal and their positions. A leaderboard shows the learners' place and the number of points earned.
Learners can advance to higher levels by earning activity points. Leaderboard points are awarded for:
- Submitted assessment/assignment: 8
- Answering questions
- Correct on 1st attempt: 6
- Correct, but not 1st attempt: 3
- Partially correct: 2
- Submitting it: 1
Instructors and Managers can access a course and press the 
trophy icon in their platform's top right corner to view the leaderboard, contests, and leaderboard rankings. Moreover, the points and rankings are presented in the course reports.
Display or hide learners' names on the Leaderboard
- Admins can access the admin panel.
- Select the Leaderboard section.
- Switch On or Off the display.

Once learners join a course, they can compete to earn as many points as possible. Learners can access a course and press the 
trophy icon in the top right corner of their platform to see a quick view of their points, the number of points needed to proceed to the next level, contests, and leaderboard rankings.
