Course
Courses are structured and self-paced, allowing for greater flexibility in completing coursework.
Courses include a predefined, editable content structure for maximum efficiency and flexibility. Creating a course involves customizing the structure, adding content items, uploading files, and assigning users to the course.

Stream
Knowledge Streams provide channels that can keep learners up-to-date with content related to the subject of their Stream. Streams allow stream owners to distribute periodic updates and micro-learning content to learners and monitor their progress from the time they subscribe. A Stream continues to flow with content updates to users and is ongoing and does not involve scheduling.
