Additional accounts can serve different brands, departments, or clients of your organization by applying distinct branding, settings, and content to each one. Customizing your sub-accounts supports your stakeholders, so users get a smooth experience from their portal. The top-level account can access admin permission in sub-accounts to manage them, allowing the senior management a broad perspective of the account usage. Sub-accounts have their unique URLs, using the syntax subaccountname.echo.timetoknow.com. Users may use them to access the subaccount directly.
This feature is available depending on your enabley plan.
When the Sub-Accounts feature is enabled, the account Admin sees a new tab in the Admin application called Sub-Accounts:
Creating Sub Accounts
Clicking on the '+' icon opens the Create Sub Account form.
In the Account Name field, please enter the name of your sub-account as it would appear in the URL (lower caps, no spaces).

For example, if you name your Sub Account "betterelectric", it will be accessible here: https://betterelectric.echo.timetoknow.com (but since it's a Sub Account of Betteroffice, it will also be accessible from here: https://betteroffice.echo.timetoknow.com/login.html?site=betterelectric ).
Shared users across multiple Sub-Accounts :
- Any user in the account can be assigned to one or more sub-accounts.
- Note that the user roles and permissions are identical in all assigned sub-account.
