You can clone a Course into a sub-account to create a duplicate with all the original content but without any users assigned to it. When cloning, you have the option to select which sub-account will receive the cloned Course. Additionally, you can choose whether to duplicate the certificate associated with the Course. If selected, the duplicated certificate will also be available in the sub-account. Furthermore, you have the option to publish the cloned Course in the catalog, making it readily accessible for enrollment within the designated sub-account. This process ensures that the course setup is consistent and tailored to the needs of different organizational segments, while maintaining separate tracking and reporting of user progress.
- Open the course you wish to duplicate.
- Click on

- To clone a course, click on the Duplicate
button.

Choose the sub-accounts to which you'd like to duplicate the course.
- Select if you you'd like to create a copy of the certificate associated with the course.
- Select if you wish to publish the course in the sub-account catalog.
