For those using Enabley who come across the maintenance work page, please adhere to these guidelines:
Step 1: Close All Browser Windows
Before proceeding, ensure that you have closed all browser windows and tabs that are currently open. This step is crucial to ensure that the site data-clearing process is effective.
Step 2: Open the Browser and Go to Enabley
Once all browser windows are closed, open your preferred web browser. Ensure that you are using the browser in which you are experiencing issues with Enabley. Next, navigate to the Enabley website by typing the URL into the browser's address bar.
Step 3: Access Developer Tools
In your browser, open the developer tools. The process to do this may vary slightly depending on your browser, but it is typically accessible by pressing `F12` or right-clicking anywhere on the webpage and selecting "Inspect" or "Inspect Element." In some browsers, you may need to go to the menu and select "Developer" or "Developer Tools."
Step 4: Navigate to the "Application" Tab
Within the developer tools panel, you will find several tabs or sections. Look for the "Application" tab and click on it to access the application settings.
Step 5: Clear Site Data
Once you are in the "Application" tab, you will find a menu on the left-hand side. Look for and select "Storage" from this menu. Under "Storage," you should see an option for "Clear site data." Click on this option.
Step 6: Confirm Site Data Clearance
A confirmation dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm the clearance of site data. This action will remove cookies, cached files, and other site-specific data. Confirm that you want to clear the data.
Step 7: Close the Browser
After clearing the site data, close the browser completely.
Step 8: Re-launch the Browser and Login to Enabley
Now, reopen your web browser and return to the Enabley website using the same URL as before. When you reach the login page, log in to your Enabley account using your credentials.
